lets talk about c.p. there is types of it 1 -quadriplegia 2-diaplegia 3- double hemiplegia 4-paraplegia 5- hemiplegia if u wanna anything ask me

i am dr sally i am 22 & i am a physio therapy i am graduated frpm cairo universty egypt i can answer yur question in shaa allah but i cant write arabic on computer well

ok i can talk yo u about di blegia this child must learn him to rolling on both sides from shoulder hips then leg then teach child ring & half ring postion then equlibrium reaction in sitting then supine on ball &passive make stretch to hip ,knee flexors & then push child slowly to sidesitting frpm quadribed &to standup this child use chair to hpld on to get up on his knee from four foot kneeling however he canot extend staight his hips fully therefore he pulls himself up with his arm strength .then taech child to bear wt. on one flexed knee then bear his body weight on feet by both arms support on chair then ask child to pick up a toy from ground&recover& to be controlled then encourage child to stand with self support then teach him to stand with one leg forward the other then stand pn one foot then teach him heel toe gait
